Taoftware LLC ("Taoftware," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website at taoftware.com, Diaroo, and our other Taoftware-branded mobile applications, beta experiences, or pre-release services that may appear under placeholder or masked names (collectively, the "Services").

Diaroo: Bathroom Diaries / 如厕日记: For the app’s current data practices, including its local journal, optional account sync, advertising choices, purchase processing, and deletion controls, read the Diaroo Privacy Policy. You can also find account deletion instructions and Diaroo support on its website.

Diaroo bladder diary update (in testing): The bladder update adds private self-reported bathroom visits, leaks, drinks and pad changes, optional measurements and symptom details, and entry origin. It is included in existing Premium subscriptions and lifetime access. Previously recorded entries remain accessible for viewing, editing and deletion after Premium ends. In the next release, PDF, CSV and JSON exports require Premium; earlier builds keep their existing export access. Privacy-rights requests remain available through support. Connected watches receive a limited bladder history and access status; free-text notes are not sent to the watch; validated saved coordinates accompany recent entries for the watch map. With Entry location enabled and watch permission granted, an available foreground watch location can be saved with a new entry and transferred to the phone. Logging works without a location. Drink entries are optional fluid-intake records, separate from urination events. The product-specific data practices and terms explain these features. Clinical diary requirements depend on the clinician and condition; report acceptance is not guaranteed.

Diaroo standalone watch apps (1.4.0 update in testing): Apple Watch and Wear OS support local Poo logging and local history without the phone app, an account or internet. Optional paired-phone sync shares limited journal history, saved coordinates, connection information and Premium access. Premium Pee is confirmed through the paired phone. Earlier local logs transfer only after confirmation; connected new logs queue for automatic sync. Watches retain local entries while disconnected. With permission, a brief location fix can locate an entry or center the map; no continuous tracking is used. Wear OS uses Google Maps and Apple Watch uses Apple MapKit. Some Taoftware Services emphasize local storage, while others may rely more heavily on hosted infrastructure to support accounts, syncing, support, or sharing features. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data we process, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention periods may vary depending on the Service, the features you use, and whether data is stored locally or on hosted systems. Data stored locally on your device remains under your control and may be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data. If a Service includes an account or hosted content, copies may remain for a limited time in backups or as needed for legal, security, or operational purposes.

Business Website Toolkits

The free toolkits at modernize.taoftware.com, search.taoftware.com, and automate.taoftware.com do not require an account. Website checks retrieve the public page you submit, its crawler rules, and a sitemap. Modernization sends the public page text, detected design details, and your optional direction to Anthropic’s Claude API to prepare a draft. Do not submit private information in the direction field or a URL containing credentials or private access tokens.

We do not save submitted page content, reports, or generated drafts to an application database. We keep atomic daily usage counters with a hashed, day-specific network identifier to limit abuse. We retain a hash of each submitted base domain and its submission date to enforce the one-free-draft offer across its subdomains and page URLs. These domain records remain for the duration of the free offer. Contact form details are sent through Formspree so we can respond to your inquiry. Old daily counters are removed when the next day’s request is processed; infrastructure backups may retain earlier versions. CAPTCHA verification uses Cloudflare Turnstile and processes the verification token and network address. Cloudflare processes requests and infrastructure metadata under its own policies. Drafts and demo inputs remain in the current browser session unless you download them or include their details in a contact inquiry. The automation demo does not contact a real calendar or CRM.

Paid-service contact links open our business contact form. Your inquiry is sent to Taoftware through Formspree when you submit the form. Modernized previews may load suitable public images directly from your submitted website; that site receives the browser’s image requests. Fonts on the service pages and eligible draft fonts are provided by Google Fonts. Service guide posters load from our website. When you choose to play a guide, a YouTube player loads from its privacy-enhanced embed domain; Google receives your network address and playback information under its own policies.
